so i just watched the movie "Pulse" starring Kristen Bell and Ian Somerhalder. it's about how some evil/dead people or something like that make their way into our world through the internet and cell phone connections and the like. it was pretty creepy. but obviously not creepy enough to get me to stop using the internet. i did enjoy seeing Ian again, since he's not really on Lost anymore except for guest appearances. gosh. he's so goodlooking.

so i got one of those cool iPod adapters for your car for christmas. you know... the ones you tune to a radio station that doesn't exist and plug in your iPod and it plays?

it's great except now my damn iPod is screwing up again. just my luck.

Today. I. Was. Shot.

See, the thing is, telling that to people who know what I mean isn't as fun as telling someone who doesn't. People who don't know about Senior Spy Hunt hear me say that and they look at me and go "WHAT?!" because they think I mean actually shot like with a real gun. I got a lot of that at work today.

So it happened in the morning. I was being careful, too. Except for when it happened, of course. I left for work about 10 to 9. And I got outside and got into my car quick. And I looked aroud for any suspicious vehicles. There were none. So I drove to work. By the time I had gotten there, I had completely forgotten. And so I was fumbling with my bag in one hand and my coffee in the other and just worried about whether or not I'd even get to drink all my coffee since I had to start working right away. And I saw out of the back corner of my eye, someone running up behind me. My first thought was that it was my friend Shannon, who works with me, and had said she was scheduled for the same hours as I was. It didn't even register in my head that if it had been Shannon, she would not have been wearing sport shorts and a sweatshirt to work. Of course I didnt' realize this, so I stopped to say hi. And by the time I realized it was my assassin, it was too late, and I received a small squirt of water on my elbow. Oh well. At least I didn't pay the three dollars for it just to get out. So it goes...

So I made Grey's Anatomy graphics the other day and never posted them up. I wanted to, but didn't really ever. Yea. Obviously. Ok... so I know the person who will most appreciate them will be Ana. (Btw, Ana, request some stuff from me because I need more to do!)

So yes, I stayed home today. I wasn't feeling good. And I needed a mental health day to work on my senior project.

Since I unfortunately was unable to discuss House and Lost with my fellow viewers at school today, I shall talk about them here and now.


House: I'm kinda upset that Foreman didn't die, though I love his dad and would have felt horrible for him and I was glad when Foreman appologized to Cameron. I felt bad for Cuddy when Cameron yelled at her, but she was right, they should have been drilling into a dead guy's brain instead of Foreman's. Oh, and I LOVE the reference to Jack Bauer -

Cuddy: "It's gone up to a level three threat now."
House: "Ooo, level three! Scary! Should I call Jack Bauer?"

Oh, House, how I love thee.


LOST: Ok, so normally on this show, I know when things are gunna happen, right? Like... I knew when Shannon was gunna die, I knew that Libby was in the same hospital as Hurley before they showed it, I knew that Dave was imaginary, I knew Rose had been healed, too. And heck, during this episode I knew practically everything that was going to happen. The Sawyer/Ana sex scene, the Michael shooting Ana thing... but DAYUM! I did NOT see the Libby getting shot thing coming! Or Michael framing Henry! And I definitely had no idea that Henry had come originally to get Locke. Weird. So Ana-Lucia's dead. I don't think Libby is, because Hurley wasn't all that upset in the preview, she's probably just hurt, it looked like she was shot in the hip. Hm... I hope she tells them it was Michael who shot her!

And also! The commercial for the Hanso Foundation showed last night! I was so excited! I called the number and man... it was so much fun. CC and DL are geniuses. I love it! There's never been a show like this before. Woo woo!



Ok. Yea. I'm excited now.


PS - Writing stories based on fact is hard! Especially when it's for your senior project! Graaawwwrrr.

It may have just begun, but so far, I've discovered that I don't have to go into work until 4, when I thought it was more like 1. And, well, it was just really nice sitting on my sunporch this morning, eating some Cinamon Toast Crunch, drinking coffee and playing Mario Tennis on my GameBoy. Yes. I still play my GameBoy.

And I've decided to stay sponsored. I found a layout that I enjoy. And perhaps I will learn more about this silly little thing called lj the more I use it. I'm pretty quite at picking things up like how to use override codes and the like. We'll see.
